  3. My role isas a Planning and Commercial Manager.
  4. I help people reach their destinationby ensuring we have the right Lubricant products at the right locations and at the right time for our customers through strategic and commercial partnerships.
  5. The best part of my jobis its diverse nature. I am responsible for demand forecasts, planning and replenishment activities, portfolio management, Viva Energy’s commercial relationship with Shell and its suppliers, and ownership of the Lubricants pricing tools.

  13. The biggest mistakeI made early on in my career was thinking I could do it all on my own. I learned that it is important to have and leverage a great team in order to achieve the outcomes we need and to ask for support/help when necessary.

  17. Early bird or night owl?Definitely night owl, although my definition of late night has changed over the years. I now start to feel sleepy by 9pm!
